Food Products:

Due to health and safety concerns, snacks are non-returnable. However, if the product is incorrectly shipped, we will replace it.

Other Products:

Returns are accepted within 7 days from receipt of the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, undamaged, and with all accessories.

Return Conditions

- Unused: The product must be in its original condition, with packaging intact, showing no signs of use or damage.

- Complete Accessories: All accessories, gifts, manuals, etc., must be returned.

- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods).

Refund Process

- Request a Refund: Apply for a return through our website's customer service or by calling customer support, providing your order number and reason for return.

- Return the Item: After receiving the return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.

- Process Refund: If the item meets our return conditions, you can choose to replace new goods or refund back to the original payment method.

- Quality Issues: If there's a quality issue, regardless of whether the return period has passed, we will replace or refund the product.

- Wrong sent or Damaged Shipments: We will replace the item at no cost, with shipping expenses covered by us.

Refund Restrictions

- Bulk Buying for Returns: If we detect a pattern of buying in bulk for the purpose of returns, we reserve the right to refuse future return requests.

- Fraudulent Transactions: If we find evidence of fraudulent transactions or other improper means to return items, we reserve the right to deny refunds and pursue legal action.
